The previous system contained a long list of forums and/or topics. There were various listings about landlords and building management, developers and intensification, tenant associations, above guideline rent increases, heating and air conditioning, maintenance, affordability and accessibility, renovations and outright demolitions of purpose-built rental apartments, the Rental Tenancies Act, and the notion that renters are treated like "second-class" citizens.
